At MASH, we are committed to providing eco-friendly and sustainable shipping methods. We offer free shipping on all orders above RM 1000. Our packaging is made from recycled materials and is biodegradable. We believe in transparency and hence, we charge a nominal cost for shipping. We ensure that all orders are shipped within 14 business days of order placement.

Return & Exchange Policy
At MASH, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In case you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In case there is a defect in the product, we offer a replacement or a full refund. We request our customers to inform us of any defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
